Laulau Songdrawing Method – 12-Month Individual License Renewal

This payment page is for our Australian pilot customers who have attended the Laulau Songdrawing Method training in 2025 in Adelaide and wish to continue using the licensed digital materials in their own educational work.

On this page you can renew your personal access to the Laulau Songdrawing Method digital resources for another 12 months.

The license is personal and intended for one named user only. Thank you for understanding that login details and access to the licensed materials may not be shared with colleagues, organisations, or third parties.

License period and access

The license is valid for 12 months from the order date and is linked to one named user.

The new license period continues your access to the selected Laulau Songdrawing Method digital resources. Please use the same email address connected to your existing Laulau Learning user account when placing your order.

The license provides access to digital materials only. Training, webinars and personal educational support are not included in this license renewal.

License terms

The licensed materials are intended for the license holder’s own professional and educational use.

The license holder may use the materials in their own teaching and educational activities during the valid license period. The license does not permit providing training services related to the method, sharing login details, providing access to the digital resources to other users, or distributing, copying, publishing or reselling the licensed materials.

No physical products are included or shipped.

Access to the selected digital resources is provided for the duration of the valid license period.

By purchasing the license renewal, the customer confirms that they have completed the Laulau Songdrawing Method Level I Training and agree to use the licensed materials in accordance with the Laulau Songdrawing Method license terms.

The fee is invoiced in euros.

The Customer may pay the invoice in Laulau’s online store as follows:

• Select the license option that you want to order (Basic or Complete).
• Add the product to the shopping cart.
• Complete the purchase through the normal online store checkout process using a credit card, debit card, or another available payment method.

VAT 0%

No Finnish VAT is charged if, under the applicable VAT rules, the place of supply of the service is outside Finland. The Customer is responsible for any taxes, withholding taxes, bank charges, duties, or similar charges imposed in the Customer’s own country.

This is the online payment page for the Laulau Songdrawing Method Service License Fee for our Vietnamese educational customers.

The Laulau Songdrawing Method Service License Fee is invoiced quarterly, that is, every three months (four times per year), in accordance with the license agreement and based on an invoice issued by Laulau.

The Service License Fee includes online training and webinars provided from Finland, a license to use the licensed materials, and related support services delivered from Finland to the destination country.

The fee is invoiced in euros. The euro amount is based on the local-currency (VND) reference price specified in the agreement between the Customer and Laulau, and converted into euros using the mid-market exchange rate applicable at the time of invoicing. Because exchange rates may fluctuate, the euro amount of the license fee may vary from one billing period to another.

The Customer may pay the invoice in Laulau’s online store as follows:

• Select the price option that corresponds to the invoiced amount.
• Add the product to the shopping cart.
• Please check carefully that the selected euro amount matches the total amount shown on the invoice.
• Complete the purchase through the normal online store checkout process using a credit card, debit card, or another available payment method.
• If you are not able to complete the purchase using the payment methods available in our online store, you may also pay by bank transfer to the bank account stated on the invoice.

Payment terms for the license fee payment

This payment channel is intended only for Laulau Learning’s international contractual customers who have received an invoice from Laulau.

The payment made through this page is a payment of a license fee invoice issued under an existing License Agreement between the Customer and Laulau. This payment does not constitute a separate product order, online purchase, or new license agreement.

No physical products are sold or shipped through this payment channel. The licensed materials, digital resources, training, support services, access rights, payment periods, and other rights and obligations are defined in the separate License Agreement between the Customer and Laulau.

The amount payable in euros is based on the invoice issued by Laulau. If the license fee is based on a local-currency reference price specified in the License Agreement, the euro amount is calculated according to the exchange rate principle defined in the agreement and/or invoice.

Payments are processed through the selected online payment service provider. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment details correspond to the invoice issued by Laulau.

Payments made through this channel are business-to-business payments under an existing contractual relationship. Therefore, consumer cancellation rights or standard online store return rights do not apply.

Refunds are made only in cases of duplicate payment, payment error, or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Customer and Laulau.

By making a payment through this channel, the payer confirms that they are authorised to make the payment on behalf of the Customer and that the payment relates to the invoice and License Agreement between the Customer and Laulau.
