United Kingdom
The first seeds of collaboration in the UK were planted in 2019, when Laulau’s Minna delivered her first Laulau Songdrawing training in Bradford as part of an international Erasmus project. Stephanie Warrender, a primary teacher and music educator, later said that she had been blown away by the method and could not wait to start using it in her own classroom.

From that point on, Stephanie began using Songdrawing regularly with the children in her class and beyond, with highly encouraging results in areas such as motor control, communication, self-esteem, and much more. Even during the Covid lockdowns, she continued to use the method, this time online.
After the challenging Covid years, this early connection grew into a more established partnership. In 2022, Laulau and Stephanie Warrender signed a cooperation agreement to bring the joy of Laulau to wider educational audiences across the UK.

Since then, Laulau Learning UK has grown into an active and important part of the international Laulau community. Today, it offers method training and materials across the UK. In the Leeds area alone, dozens of schools use the Laulau Songdrawing Method as a cross-curricular pedagogical tool. In addition to working with schools and nurseries, Laulau Learning UK also collaborates with regional councils and Music Hubs. Stephanie is also a sought-after speaker at early childhood and music education conferences and expos.

Experiences of using Songdrawing in the UK have been highly positive, and the method has been successfully adapted to both the British EYFS framework and primary curriculum contexts.
