Finnish Approach

Laulau was born and grown in the inspiring educational culture of Finland – a country known worldwide for its high-quality education and for being ranked the World’s Happiest Country nine years in a row. In Finland, learning is viewed as a holistic, creative, and playful process that values each child as an active player in their own learning and growth. Play, curiosity, and collaboration are seen as the natural starting points for all learning.

Music and a Child

Music plays an important role in the pedagogical approaches of Laulau. We believe that music is one of the most efficient and joyful ways to foster learning, interaction, and participation of children. When we sing, draw, move, and play together, we don’t just teach skills — we nurture curiosity, confidence, and connection. Music helps children grow not only smarter, but also happier and more connected.
